It can also be seen from the Scientific Research Report on the Dietary Guidelines for Chinese Residents (2021) that the health status of the Chinese people is getting better and better year by year, but there are still some health problems that cannot be ignored, mainly due to many unhealthy lifestyles, resulting in an alarming rate of overweight and obesity. In addition, people in some areas are facing micronutrient deficiency. These should be solved through three reduction and three health, and put forward scientific weight control, prevention and treatment and healthy nutrition intervention, and pay more attention to the development of the weight loss industry.
